Works included:

• External fabric overhaul including the removal of asbestos cladding and replacement with new profiled metal cladding

• External refurbishment of hard landscaping including parking, surfacing area, railing and signage

• Provision of new trade counter fronts

• External landscaping

• Installation of CCTV

• Installation of roller shutters doors and security shutters to windows and doors

• Refurbishment internally including wall insulation, sky light replacement, decoration, rationalization of the welfare facilities and upgrading/renewal of services
